All club sessions are held at Eggar’s School in Alton, Hampshire. All training sessions
at Alpha Trampoline Club incorporate time spent on the trampoline, alongside essential
conditioning in order to improve core and body strength as well as prevent injury.
All of our sessions are on a mixed ability basis as we believe it fosters a more
encouraging learning experience.
All of Alpha Trampoline Club sessions are 1 hour 45 minutes long. A thorough floor
warm up begins the session and there is a separate, designated time for conditioning
following trampoline training. Conditioning is essential to progression in the sport;
both by strengthening the correct muscles and joints used and also by preventing
injuries. Both warm up and conditioning are compulsory elements to sessions at Alpha
At the end of each session, we also run a 5-minute open feedback meeting between
coaches and the members of their group. This allows for immediate feedback on all
topics, such as improvement, behaviour and attitude and gives a formal ending to
the trampolining section of the class.
“For me, winning isn’t something that happens suddenly on the field when the whistle
blows and the crowds roar. Winning is something that builds physically and mentally
every day that you train and every night that you dream.”
